SCHOOL FEE RULES

Every child should carry with him/her daily the school diary.
No child is permitted to leave the school premises without the permission of the Principal, which will be granted at written request of the parents.
On all working days and school functions, students should wear the prescribed uniform and come neatly and smartly dressed.
Those Pupil who were absent the previous day must bring a leave application noted in the school diary.
No leave will be granted to students outside the regular vocation periods. In case of illness or other compelling reasons, it will be granted at the discretion of the Principal.
Students suffering from any infectious disease must produce a fitness certificate from a Registered Physician.
Pupils must behave themselves in a responsible manner on their way to and from the school.
Parents are expected to check the school diary regularly.
All students must speak in English in the school.
The name, class and section of the pupil should be clearly mentioned on all his/her belongings.
Parents and Guardians are not permitted to walk into the Classrooms or Interview the teachers during school hours without permission of the principal, that too under avoidable circumstances.
Parents may meet the Principal any day from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in Winter's and 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in Summer's except on Saturday and public holiday. Interview at any other time may be held by appointment.
Jewellery should not be worn by the students.
Boys must get their hair cut at regular intervals.
Girls should plait their hair if it is below their shoulders. Short hair should be neatly cut and Pinned. No fancy pins except black simple side pins.
Parents are expected to be regular at Parent/Teachers meeting.
No Pupil will be admitted to the school without a transfer certificate from the last school which he/she attended.
(This applies for students from std. 1st upwards).
After taking admission, there is no provision for the refund of the admission fee at any condition.
The fee must be submitted timely. In case of delay, Rs.500/- late fine will be charged in per quarter.
For withdrawal of a pupil from the school a calendar months’ notice must be given in writing otherwise a calendar month's fee will be charged.
A student who fails for two consecutive years in the same class, will be asked to leave the school.
